Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including weekends as required)We are currently seeking a Seasonal, Full-Time Parts Advisor to join our team at our Whitehorse, Yukon dealership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, is mechanically inclined, and has a passion for the outdoors.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assisting customers with parts-related questions and inquiriesEnsuring customer satisfaction through accurate and timely processing of parts ordersFollowing up on backorders by coordinating with internal teams and external suppliersMerchandising and organizing new parts displaysChecking and maintaining inventory location codesScheduling customer appointmentsCreating work orders from phone and in-person requestsProviding estimates and quoting repair workCompleting other duties as assigned by the ManagerWhat You BringTo be successful in this role, you should:Have strong customer service skillsBe mechanically inclinedEnjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentHave retail parts and inventory experience (an asset)Possess basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Be available to work weekendsWHY JOIN OUR TEAMWe offer our team members many benefits to help them achieve their goals and support our company culture.
