- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, pilots and fuel clients
- Answering the phone lines and emails in a courteous manner, transferring calls appropriately
- Processing payments, using our POS system, for ramp services, day-to-day transactions, and issuing receipts as necessary
- Managing our local stationary inventories and office supplies
- Various accounting tasks such as reconciling payments, as needed
- Providing overall administrative support
- Maintaining fuel and accounting files and documents
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Office experience would be considered an asset
- Great attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must have valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to get too and from work
