- Responsible for the procurement, maintenance and/or refurbishment of hardware, software, and inventory management.
- Manage contact between external IT suppliers, vendors or contractors
- Providing integration and support for the procurement system that the department is using
- Also help out with processing invoices and work with tickets to provide hardware or software
- Maintain the whole Purchase order cycle
- Data entry and keep all the records updated in the system
- Provide support and guidance to less senior colleagues
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement
- A bachelor's degree/ diploma in Procurement, Sourcing, Administration or related field or sufficient experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong Computer skills (Microsoft office- Word, Excel, ERP Systems)
- Understanding of general procurement challenges and solutions
- Proven ability to work and align with internal stakeholders such as IT, Security, compliance, etc
- Comfortable using any kind of Software, ERP on daily basis
- Strong communication skills and comfortable with the IT terminology
- Familiarity working with IT ServiceDesk Platforms
- Knowledge of different types of IT Hardware
- Basic Accounting knowledge- processing invoices etc.
