- Own 1 to 1 campaign marketing execution (ex: email & MMS) for TELUS Business prospecting, brand and large scale program deselection campaigns, working collaboratively with the product and strategy teams, sales, and other internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with our sales and strategy stakeholders to forecast inbound lead volumes and prepare them for campaigns
- Compile and analyze campaign results, providing recommendations to improve performance
- Create an A/B testing plan for your portfolio
- Present on campaign results to leadership, using insights captured from reporting data
- Uphold the brand and act as a brand ambassador
- You enjoy thinking outside of the box and are passionate about Marketing, you have previous Marketing experience either on the agency and/or client side and have previously supported 1 to 1 market campaigns
- You have a strong attention to detail and have project management skills, you're able to juggle multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
- You're creative and have a good eye for compelling marketing copy
- You're a natural collaborator who can work with cross functional teams
- You have the ability to zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to make sure every detail is correct
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly
- You thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment, with entrepreneurial and self-starter characteristics
- University degree or college certification in marketing or similar specialization
- Knowledge of Canadian anti-spam legislation
- English / French Bilingual
