- Determining risks and mitigation strategies for projects
- Establishing relationships with key contacts in client organizations
- Generating UC&C SoW/Proposal/Value Proposition insights and documentation
- Communicating proactively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Documenting MACD’s (Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletions) and MOPs within the environment
- Adhering to advisory service approach (vendor agnostic)
- Maintaining knowledge repository for multi-vendor solutions i.e. Developing technical whitepapers
- Tracking time in Q360
- Microsoft Certified: MS Teams or M365
- Cisco Collaboration certifications (e.g., CCNP Collaboration)
- UX certifications (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, HFI-CUA)
- ITIL, ITSM
- Deep understanding of UC platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, etc.).
- Familiarity with SIP, VoIP, video conferencing protocols, and network QoS.
- Experience with identity and access management (e.g., Azure AD, SSO).
- Knowledge of integration with calendaring, messaging, and collaboration tools.
- Basic scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and journey maps.
- Familiarity with tools like Mural, Miro, etc.
- Strong empathy for end users and ability to translate feedback into design improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Adaptability in fast-changing environments.
- Experience in hybrid or remote work environments.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) in UC design.
- Familiarity with agile or teal organizational practices.
- Annual salary range: $85 - $102,000 CAD per year.
