- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer insights strategy aligned with Bombardier's business objectives
- Gather and analyze customer data from multiple sources (deliveries, in service utilization, surveys, CRM, transactional data, etc.)
- Identify emerging trends, pain points, and opportunities to improve customer experience and loyalty
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Design and oversee customer feedback programs (focus groups, surveys, trade shows)
- Build predictive models and dashboards to monitor customer behavior and market shifts
- Present conclusions and recommendations in a convincing manner to influence strategic decisions
- University degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an asset
- 3 to 7 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or data analytics, including 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in data analysis tools and statistical methods
- Working knowledge of Bombardier and competitor products
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and actionable strategies
- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to influence decisions across multiple stakeholders without formal authority
- Passion for aviation and understanding of business aircraft customers is a strong asset
