- Manage all non-conformances, including supplier-related non-conformances and deviation requests.
- Document non-conformities, ensuring all details are captured accurately, including description of nonconformance, type of nonconformance, and associated risks or specifications that were not met.
- Investigate and resolving non-conformities, conduct investigations to determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to resolve them, including analysing data, inspecting processes, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analysing nonconformities and identifying areas for process enhancements and quality improvements.
- Lead, coordinate, and host customers and 3rd party inspectors during witness inspection activities over the life of the project/order.
- Prepare quality documentation for other departments and submittals to customers, as well as packages for 3rd party inspector reviews.
- Develop and implement quality control plans for manufacturing processes throughout the facility.
- Support QA Inspector by performing visual, dimensional inspections, and documentation review for incoming items, perform dimensional inspection and documentation review of in-process and final inspections on items and/or pumps.
- Working experience in a Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving processes.
- Strong people skills, communication and writing skills, critical thinking skills, diligence.
- Non-conformance reporting requirements.
- Ability to collect and organize data and develop charts for meaningful analysis and understanding.
- Ability to interpret Engineering drawings, specifications, test reports, conformance documents, and technical procedures.
- Ability to use inspection and measuring equipment appropriate for inspection requirements.
- Effective time management skills.
- Comfortable with a changing, fast paced environment.
- Proficient in all MS products: Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
- PC skills: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
- Certificate in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance is mandatory.
- 5+ years direct working knowledge and experience in manufacturing with extensive use of ISO Standards and Inspection.
- Experience in interfacing with Customers, Leadership Team, and Suppliers.
- Experienced in manufacturing of Pumps/ Pressure vessels.
