- Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Specialist on marketing and leasing projects.
- Contact and follow up with vendors for printing, signage, promotional items, and advertising.
- Arrange, coordinate, and oversee signage installations, ensuring correct sizing and placement.
- Prepare and process purchase orders for marketing projects, signage, and vendor services.
- Perform calculations for signage dimensions, layouts, and property marketing materials.
- Capture high-quality property and event photos for marketing use.
- Monitor and manage marketing-related emails daily, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing, proofreading, and distributing marketing content (emails, newsletters, social posts, listings).
- Help manage property websites and online listings (Entrata, Webflow, Facebook Marketplace, Google Ads, etc.).
- Track promotions, unit pricing, and availability to ensure accuracy across platforms.
- Compile and maintain reports in Excel, supporting leasing and marketing audits.
- Support events, community engagement initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Portfolio required: Applicants must provide samples of photography, design, or marketing work to be considered.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience is welcome.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with photography (camera or high-end smartphone) and basic editing skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and design tools skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of tasks, as well as collaborate with a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong follow-up and vendor co-ordination abilities.
- Strong ability to calculate measurements, layouts, and review quotes with accuracy.
- Familiarity with property management systems (Entrata) or website platforms (WordPress, Webflow) is considered an asset.
