What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading powerful group workouts that inspire and energize
  • Keeping the vibes high in a fast-paced class setting
  • Helping members crush their goals and celebrate every win
  • Guiding first-time guests through their first OTF experience
  • Offering coaching cues to keep members safe and moving well
  • Understanding the science behind our heart-rate-based training
  • Staying one step ahead of fitness trends and competitors
  • Knowing your way around every piece of studio equipment
  • Being the ultimate team player and studio cheerleader
The Details:We’re looking for fitness professionals with group coaching or personal training experience who can commit to 8 to 12 (or more) hours per week.
