- Competitive salary range of $115,000 - $150,000 CAD
- Take ownership of a mission-critical Discord-based clipping platform, including bot development and workflow automation
- Build and iterate on internal and client-facing tools and dashboards
- Strengthen system performance, including bot detection and overall platform stability
- Collaborate directly with leadership to turn ideas into shipped product quickly
- Ensure scalable backend architecture as the platform continues to grow
- Contribute to the development of new internal tools and automation systems
- Strong full-stack development experience (Node.js, SQL/Postgres or MySQL, React)
- Experience building or working with Discord bots and APIs
- Experience with Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting is a strong asset
- Proven ability to own projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong backend fundamentals with a focus on scalability and performance
- Comfort using modern AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar LLMs) in your workflow
