- Develop and manage the companys overall brand strategy, marketing calendar, and brand guidelines
- Oversee and execute photo and video shoots, working closely with creatives and contractors
- Manage content creation and communications across digital channels, including website, blog, email newsletters, and print materials
- Lead the companys social media strategy, focusing on audience growth and engagement
- Coordinate events, sponsorships, and fundraising initiatives, supporting business development efforts and community engagement
- Design and direct production of signage, marketing collateral, and branded materials
- Monitor performance through SEO, keyword strategy, and analytics tools to inform marketing decisions
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in design, construction, or lifestyle industries
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience managing photo/video shoots, content planning, and storytelling
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
- Graphic design skills or ability to direct design using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Proven success with budgeting, forecasting, sponsorship, and event coordination
- The discussed salary range is $65,000 $75,000, depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
