Weekend ReceptionistWe are looking to fill a position for a weekend receptionist. We need a responsible individual with a winning attitude. Must be efficient, work well with other, and have good phone manners. Available shifts for this position will be for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Candidates with prior reception work experience will be given consideration.Job Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors, obtain name and nature of business and direct them to the appropriate destination
  • Obtain and process information required in order to provide services
  • Operate switchboard and telephone system
  • Record and relay information
  • Data entry and emails
  • Maintain a professional appearance and tidy work station
  • Perform other duties as assigned
