Online sports training programTasks :Collect delinquent accounts receivable;
Make various agreements with clients in order to regularize files;
Work in collaboration with various stakeholders such as trustees, lawyers, collection agencies, etc.;
Work in collaboration with other departments, including the litigation and recovery management team;
Follow up on insurance claim files; participate in the recovery of losses after liquidation of assets and determine the next steps in the process (lawyers, collection agencies, etc.);
Carry out the search for missing customers;
Promote the referral of files to our other business units when applicable;
Prepare credit applications for the transfer of delinquent files;Any other related tasks that may fall under this position.Qualifications required:Experience in commercial collection/recovery

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective partnerships across the organization
Ability to manage tight deadlines, deal with competing priorities and assume multiple responsibilities
You demonstrate good ability to negotiate and resolve problems
You are known to have good communication skills
You have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
You know the laws relating to leasing; an advantage
