- Own the day-to-day operation of the website, including updates, edits, and publishing of pages and content
- Build, update, and launch landing pages, campaign pages, and site content on tight timelines
- Make ongoing updates to existing pages, including copy, layout, components, and integrations
- QA all changes before and after publishing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance
- Monitor site health and quickly resolve issues related to broken pages, components, forms, or integrations
- Support rapid turnaround requests from marketing, including same-day updates when needed
- Maintain consistency across pages, ensuring alignment with design, messaging, and conversion best practices
- Manage and evolve a static-site architecture (Astro or similar)
- Build flexible, reusable components that enable rapid page creation and iteration
- Ensure the site supports frequent updates without breaking structure, performance, or tracking
- Troubleshoot and resolve rendering, formatting, and build issues quickly
- Partner with Growth Marketing and ABM to create targeted landing pages and campaign experiences for specific accounts, industries, and personas
- Translate intent signals and campaign inputs into tailored web experiences
- Build reusable templates for ABM, industry, and campaign pages to support scale and speed
- Enable rapid iteration of messaging, layouts, and CTAs based on performance and engagement
- Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate page creation and development workflows
- Translate campaign requirements into structured prompts and page outputs
- Validate and refine AI-generated code and content to ensure production quality
- Integrate the website into broader AI-driven workflows that inform lead routing, nurture behavior, and optimization
- Act on insights generated from AI systems to continuously improve page performance and relevance
- Build and maintain frontend form experiences within the site
- Integrate forms with Pardot using form handlers or APIs
- Ensure accurate field mapping, hidden fields, and campaign attribution
- Validate end-to-end data flow into Salesforce
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking via Google Analytics 4
- Debug and resolve issues across the full lead capture, routing, and attribution process
- Integrate and maintain external tools such as:
- Qualified
- Navattic
- Greenhouse
- Ensure consistent styling, performance, and tracking across all embedded systems
- Maintain reliable data flow across marketing and AI workflow systems
- Structure pages and content to support both traditional SEO and AI-driven discovery (AEO/GEO)
- Implement schema, metadata, and semantic page structures to improve answer engine visibility
- Work with emerging AI search and optimization tools (e.g., Profound, AthenaHQ, or similar)
- Continuously optimize pages based on search performance, AI visibility, and engagement signals
- Monitor and address indexing and performance issues via Google Search Console
- Own content and code workflows in GitHub
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments (e.g., Vercel, Netlify)
- Ensure reliable publishing with minimal friction and downtime
- 3-6+ years in frontend, growth engineering, or similar roles
- Experience with static frameworks (Astro, Next.js, Gatsby, or equivalent)
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Git-based workflows and modern deployment pipelines
- Proven ability to launch and iterate on pages quickly in fast-paced environments
- Strong bias toward action while maintaining quality and stability
- Experience supporting marketing or growth teams (landing pages, campaigns, experimentation)
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools (Pardot, Salesforce, GA4, etc.)
- Ability to debug issues across frontend, backend, and data systems
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot) in development workflows
- Ability to generate, evaluate, and refine AI-assisted outputs
- Comfort working in environments where AI workflows are integrated into execution
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing environments
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms or structured content systems
- Experience implementing advanced tracking, attribution, and experimentation frameworks
- Establish a fast, reliable workflow for launching and updating pages
- Deliver same-day or next-day turnaround for key campaign updates
- Enable rapid creation of personalized and ABM campaign experiences
- Implement robust form handling and ensure accurate lead flow into Pardot and Salesforce
- Integrate the website into key AI-driven workflows across marketing and sales
- Improve site flexibility through reusable components and scalable templates
