- Provide timely and accurate support to internal and external customers by responding to a high volume
- Manage daily credit card invoice and refund processing while ensuring compliance with established
- Assist Collectors by ensuring accurate review and timely release of credit-hold orders.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new sales representatives by enabling mobile cheque deposit access.
- Partner with internal teams, including Customer Support, Back Office, Pricing, and National Accounts to
payments. * Perform detailed daily bank reconciliations by balancing deposits and applied payments,researching and resolving discrepancies, and completing all required system uploads to maintain
accuracy, internal controls, and continuity of operations in the absence of the primary Cash Application - Credit Representative. * Support monthly interest charge calculations and processing in accordance with establishedprocedures. * Participate in the accurate and timely monthly reconciliation of credit card transactions with the Financeteam when needed. * Effectively manage multiple inquiries concurrently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Actively engage in team meetings, one-on-one check-ins, and ongoing process improvement efforts in
- Bilingualism in English and French, both written and spoken (required).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a credit, cash applications, or customer service–focused role.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a customer-centric environment, with strong interpersonal skills and
- Strong communication and customer management skills, with a solution-oriented and professional
- Comfortable working with KPIs, service level expectations, and performance metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
