- Support clients via initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience and customers’ product experience
- Execute internal projects per manager's direction
- Post-secondary education in Computing, Business, or Finance/Accounting
- 1-year relevant work experience
- Experience managing multiple clients/projects concurrently
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Microsoft SQL Server, and Windows Server
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Confident interfacing across all organizational levels
- Legally entitled to work in the role’s location; ability to travel internationally with a valid passport
- Academic or practical knowledge of accounting/financial concepts (e.g., planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with remote assistance technology
- Software implementation and accounting experience
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
