
Aviation Stores Manager

- Oversee and ensure accuracy in all our nation-wide stores operations, including receiving, shipping, storage, and handling
- Lead and manage a small stores team
- Update, organize and assist in the implementation of ERP system (BI2)
- Overseeing purchasing/procurement, GSE maintenance/inspections/load tests,
- Tooling calibration, and consumable expiry
- Design and execute a long-term strategy for the stores department, ensuring alignment with maintenance operations and overall business goals.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (e.g., inventory turnover, availability, cost efficiency etc.) driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide monthly updates to senior management on stores department performance
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed by all stores team- members, ensuring that any changes are communicated and implemented
- Promotion of quality and safety consciousness in
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance
- Minimum of 10 years’ related aviation supply chain experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience
- Proven leadership in driving change, optimizing processes, and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of Transport Canada regulations
- Proven ability to manage a department effectively and achieve organizational results
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a RAIC and AVOP.
- Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs safely and regularly.
- Strong computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office and Excel.
