- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources in the Azure EQDataHub
- Analyze business needs and system requirements and translate that into business specification documents
- Evaluate and improve system performance and quality
- Collaborate and coordinate with other business system analysts
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and trends
- Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data using Azure Test Plans
- Execute test cases, both manually and using automated tools such as Azure DevOps
- Identify, report, and track software defects and issues using Azure DevOps
- Perform regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues and ensure software quality
- Provide feedback and suggestions for software improvement and enhancement
- Prepare and present test reports and metrics to clients and stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest Azure cloud technologies and best practices with the mindset of migrating on-prem data warehouse solutions to Azure
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Three years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance testing using Microsoft technologies
- Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- CBAP certification would be an asset
- Experience in agile methodologies and Azure DevOps tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, XML, and other scripting languages
- Excellent ability to record data and plan in Excel/PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (verbal and written) skills
- An eye and a passion for detail and accuracy
