Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed regional growth targets.
- Partner closely with the Director of Sales and the Account Management team to increase market share.
- Implement efficient time and territory management strategies to ensure 100% coverage of the assigned region.
- Drive a proactive approach for sales expansion by identifying untapped opportunities in the PCB/PCBA market.
- Maintain a healthy balance between nurturing existing client accounts and targeting high-value new accounts.
- Stay at the forefront of market trends, new electronic products, and competitive industry information.
- Deliver technical presentations that highlight the advantages of turn-key PCB assembly and fabrication services.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for the executive leadership team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive and solid understanding of PCB and PCBA is strictly required for this role.
- Proven track record of success in a technical sales or sales & marketing management position.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, multi-functional team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
