Our client is a locally-rooted insurance brokerage situated in Saskatoon, boasting a history spanning several decades. Committed to providing innovative and personalized insurance solutions, they are currently seeking a Commercial Lines Broker to join their growing team and contribute to safeguarding the assets of the local community.Benefits & Perks
  • Flexible base salary between $65,000 - $75,000 depending on relevant experience + new business commission

Responsibilities
  • Advise commercial clients by assessing risk and recommending suitable coverage
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters
  • Handle quotes, new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes efficiently and accurately
  • Pursue new business while supporting retention and growth of the existing portfolio
  • Negotiate with underwriters to secure competitive, appropriate coverage for clients
Qualifications
  • Valid Level 2 license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment, coverage options, and market trends
  • High accuracy and efficiency in managing quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy reviews
  • Experienced in providing customer service with various situations
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge in BMS software (EPIC preferred)
