- Assists faculty and staff with preparation of course materials and supplies; coordination and record keeping for meetings; coordination of travel arrangements; preparation and distribution of forms, memos, and other process related documentation; and coordination of special events as required
- Provides support to faculty for paper-based exam processes, including formatting, printing, and coordination of related administrative process requirements
- Responsible for ordering/stocking office supplies, asset inventory tracking, internal mail distribution, electronic filing, and other office administration duties
- Supports college communication by administering updates to the college email distribution lists (Listman) to ensure accurate, organized, and up-to-date list structures across the college
- Works to establish and maintain a productive, high quality, and sustainable physical work environment for faculty, staff and students. Coordinates with central units for various aspects of facility management, safety, ergonomics, maintenance, and custodial support
- Responsible for supporting college HR processes, including gathering information to produce, distribute, and process letters of offer for contract term instructors across the province
- Assists with HR onboarding/offboarding of college employees by coordinating with the respective sources for keys/proximity cards, name tags, phones, computers, office furnishings, etc.
- Responsible for the configuration and distribution of SLEQ-Student Learning Experience Questionnaires across undergraduate classes each term, including coordination, communication, troubleshooting, and operational support for SLEQ
- Provides ad-hoc administrative support to the Operations portfolio, including assisting with graduate/alumni engagement surveys, room bookings, Banner class build support, and other duties that contribute to sustainable operations and continuous quality improvement
- Coordinates with other college staff across sites to ensure consistency and workflow throughout the college
