Responsible for the transportation of hazardous waste from a facility to a Company facility and/or an outside disposal facility adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT) and hazardous waste regulations.Why work for Safety Kleen?

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. 7am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

Ensure proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste (i.e., drums are properly segregated and loaded, etc.)
Adhere to weights and ensure proper utilization of Company equipment.
Adhere to Department of Transportation (DOT), Hazardous Materials/Waste and requirements/regulations.
Works in and around tank farms and rail sites.
Responsible for maintaining daily logs, time sheets expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, vehicle inspection reports
Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:

Possess DZ license (manuel transmission required)
High School or equivalent
Experience: 3 years
Able to use hand-held mobile computer
Able to work with little if no direct supervision and an aptitude to complete assigned work
Able to make real-time decisions in the field
