
Business Development Manager - WFS

- Identify and pursue new leads through networking, cold calling, data analytics, referrals, and other prospecting methods.
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches and WFS's value proposition to secure new clients or partnerships.
- Create and manage a pipeline of potential opportunities to support sustained growth.
- Negotiate and close opportunities that will drive revenue and profitability.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare present sales proposals to prospective clients, which can including panel reviews
- Track and report on business development activities and performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred (or a related field).
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-time position with a mix of office-based work, remote work, and travel for customer meetings or industry events/plant tours.
