- Initiate, develop, and grow commercial painting relationships using B2B Sales tactics
- Grow and Maintain your book of accounts through account nurturing activities
- Participate in local networking events and brand exposure initiatives
- Develop and execute on your Commercial Business Plan
- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and industrial customers
- Seek new business through cold calling and networking
- Maintain existing accounts and relationships
- Diligent Customer Follow-Up & Follow Through
- Ensure clear communication of customer needs and expectations through detailed proposals
- Collaborate with the Marketing Associate, Production Associate, and Job Site Supervisor to ensure project expectations are met
- Meet with customers and perform estimates
- Win sales commitments in a competitive market
- Prepare weekly analysis of results
- 2-year degree in a related field required
- Drivers License with a clean driving record
- B2B commercial sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Track record as a top performer preferred
- Working knowledge of paints, coatings, carpentry, drywall, EIFS, DRYVIT, and construction preferred
- Goal oriented, organized, and energetic
