What you can expectZoom is looking for Majors Account Executives to sell our Zoom Workplace Platform. Our Majors sales team focuses on working with Healthcare accounts within a the Canadian geographic territory.About the TeamAs a member of the Zoom Enterprise team, you will empower top global corporations to discover flexible solutions for modern team collaboration. You will advocate the innovative power of our platform to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining relationships with high-level clientsConducting market research to identify new business opportunitiesCreating client presentations and proposals. Coordinating quarterly business reviewsConducting high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level ExecutivesUtilizing solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to closeDeveloping and maintaining business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaignsWhat we’re looking forExperience (6+ yrs) in a quota carrying Upmarket Sales/Account Executive positionExperience with selling in the Greater Toronto areaExperience selling SaaS into the Healthcare IT verticalExperience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales situationsExperience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolsExperience with business forecasting, pipeline development and management skillsExperience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messagingAble to travel as neededSalary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum: $208 700,00Maximum: $365 200,00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
