This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of a real estate office and supporting the success of real estate transactions.How We’ll Set You Up for SuccessStructured onboarding to help you get up to speed quicklyClear expectations, priorities, and workflows from day oneDirect access to the agent and team for guidance and decision-makingThe tools, systems, and support needed to work efficientlyA professional, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow your skills in real estateWhat you will do:Administrative SupportProvide general administrative support to the agent, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.Document PreparationPrepare and distribute real estate forms, documents, and marketing materials.Create listings, sale and purchase agreements, and lease agreements.Ensure all necessary documents are well-maintained and organized.Client CommunicationCommunicate with clients by greeting them, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and making follow-up calls.Office ManagementManage day-to-day office activities, including ordering supplies, maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, and processing mail.CoordinationCoordinate property showings, assist at open houses, and gather feedback from clients.Coordinate and manage all social media platforms, create and post content, social ads, and weekly updates.Data ManagementMaintain databases, create and update reports, and ensure accuracy of property and financial data.Travel ArrangementsMake travel arrangements for the agent as and when required.About you:Digital & Marketing Skills: Experience in social media management, content creation, and basic marketing initiatives, with proficiency in Canva or any other design tools preferred.Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing documents and managing data.Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Qualifications and Experience:3+ years of relevant work experience within the real estate industryExperience using MLS, TRREB, MATRIX, REALTOR.CACan effectively use WebForms, REALM, Sky Slope, DigiSign, DocuSign, Broker BayPrior experience using Follow Up Boss software is preferred.Demonstrated interest and passion for real estate in generalAbility to establish credibility, trust, and build relationships with people at all levels of the organizationMust demonstrate a high level of ethics and personal integrityWhy Join UsWork closely with a top-performing real estate teamGain hands-on exposure to high-volume, high-quality real estate transactionsBe part of a professional, collaborative, and results-driven environmentDevelop valuable experience and skills within the real estate industryLong-term growth potential for the right candidateInterview ProcessTo be considered candidates must complete the Workwolf application (including screener questions and Packfinder)-phone interview-in person interview at our Mississauga location-References checkWe appreciate the interest of all applicants; however, only those candidates to be interviewed will be contacted.
