Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting cutting-edge production technologies.   • Responsible for machine repair and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Perform routine diagnostic checks on equipment, electrical panels, and control systems.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts by identifying root causes of issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment within a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience with automated equipment in a CNC environment.
  • Understanding of CNC programming and ability to follow programming procedures.
  • Able to read, interpret, and create schematics for hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Commitment to achieving targets in alignment with organizational values.
