- Responsible for machine repair and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform routine diagnostic checks on equipment, electrical panels, and control systems.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts by identifying root causes of issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment within a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience with automated equipment in a CNC environment.
- Understanding of CNC programming and ability to follow programming procedures.
- Able to read, interpret, and create schematics for hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
