- Lead the Canadian Pricing organization to develop competitive, consistent pricing aligned with global/regional frameworks.
- Develop and direct pricing strategies that drive customer acquisition, development, and retention across all segments in partnership with OPS, Finance, and Sales.
- Govern pricing model lifecycle (WTP), decisioning policies, and pricing integrity.
- Drive operational pricing strategy, including quoting and capacity level adjustments within Express network tools.
- Analyze DHL price performance & implement tariffs and pricing policies to improve competitiveness at account and system levels.
- Oversee complex analysis to improve operating margins through capacity utilization, sales analysis, and product portfolio development.
- Develop statistical forecasts for revenue opportunities and communicate insights to key stakeholders.
- Conduct revenue studies to identify emerging business trends, analyze variances, and determine root causes driving changes in revenue performance.
- Produce executive level reporting consolidating data from multiple sources to track business unit objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of improved sales & pricing processes, tools, and training to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Own the transformation roadmap across automation, analytics, and talent development.
- Identify and resolve data integrity issues through reporting, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
- Support departmental projects and represent Express in cross functional initiatives.
- Oversee the sales compensation plan, targets, recognition programs, and performance measurement.
- Provide analytical input to support sales planning, budgeting, and regional performance objectives.
- Partner with Human Resources to evolve compensation programs, tools, and governance.
- Drive employee engagement, development, and retention through coaching and capability building.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced analytics professionals.
- Assign work, review output, set targets, and manage performance in alignment with DHL policies.
- Build succession pipelines and oversee department budgeting and investment prioritization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders across DPDHL to ensure alignment with global and regional pricing strategies.
- 8–10 years of increasingly diverse and complex business experience with proven P&L impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration required; MBA or Master’s degree in economics, accounting, or related field preferred.
- Executive education in revenue management or AI is highly desirable.
- Expert analytical abilities with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong business acumen and high financial literacy.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and database management; knowledge of AI based automation tools is an asset.
- Excellent understanding of DHL services and capabilities.
- Strong leadership orientation with proven coaching and mentoring experience.
- Ability to interpret customer needs with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking.
- Knowledge of French is an asset.
