We’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Accounting Clerk to join us part-time. This is the perfect opportunity for an accounting student or an individual looking to work reduced hours—while working in an exciting, team-driven environment.If you love numbers, thrive on organization, and want flexible hours that fit your schedule, this could be your next big play.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll support the day-to-day accounting operations that keep our organization running smoothly:
  • Managing accounts payable email inbox
  • Coding invoices and sending them approval in our A/P system
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable entries
  • Assisting with account reconciliations (including credit cards)
  • Assisting with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
RequirementsWhat You Bring
  • A diploma or degree in accounting or finance (or working towards completing)
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
  • Experience with Excel and basic accounting systems
  • Ability to manage your time and balance priorities (school + work = no problem)
  • A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn
