- Develop and facilitate relationships with strategic customers at all levels
- Apply high-level business acumen to understand customer drivers and industry trends
- Act as focal point for problem resolution and monitor complaint processes
- Monitor key issues within assigned strategic customers
- Create and execute strategic account plans
- Leverage internal channels to improve satisfaction and maximize revenue
- Achieve budget targets and grow market share
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Lead tactical planning for bids using Capture Team Selling
- Provide regular reports and participate in account management community
- Minimum 2 years of related account management experience
- Technical background: Business/Engineering degree or Technician/Technologist diploma (e.g. BA, MBA, P. Eng, CTech, CET)
- Effective communicator and facilitator
- Proven track record of target achievement
