
Document Management Representative

- This is a contract/secondment opportunity with a May 1, 2026, end-date.
- You will be working on a hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement, with 10 days a month required in the office.
- Applicants must be available to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all operational documents for scanning and imaging.
- Image validation and scanning of cheque and non-cheque documentation by utilizing high-speed OPEX scanners, including ICR/OCR process, ensuring accuracy and integrity of scanned images.
- Image and data validation and classification in XTRAC and ABBYY Vantage
- Execute all tasks in full accordance with the internal policies, procedures and auditing requirements.
- Execution of all other document management team related tasks as required or assigned by Team Manager.
- Add value to the client experience by understanding what's important, recognizing what needs to be done, providing stellar service and taking personal accountability for creating a positive "moment of truth" and demonstrating Fidelity core values.
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1-year work experience, preferably in financial services.
- Completion of Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) is an asset.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- Strong customer focus and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong keyboarding skills.
