
Volumetric Analyst

- Record goods issues, goods receipts, write on/offs, rebrands, and other volumetric movements at assigned stock points
- Review, action, and reconcile open items for assigned stock points
- Value inventory from feedstock through production, ensuring accurate tracking and valuation for accounting purposes
- Perform month-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting on assigned areas
- Work closely with traders and schedulers to understand and record business scenarios
- Record volumetric movements in manufacturing plants, including PMB, production/consumption, and rebrands
- Book known oil loss items and calculate unknown oil loss percentages
- Provide regular reporting and variance analysis on inventory, addressing discrepancies and offering explanations
- Contribute to process improvements, digital innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Degree in business administration, management, finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in volumetric accounting, inventory tracking, or related functions
- Bilingual in French and English is considered a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of accounting rules, practices, and reporting requirements
- Experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems) and accounting software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a motivation to learn and grow
- Interest in digital innovation and continuous improvement
