  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
  • Proven experience in a food production or commercial kitchen environment
Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with usKey responsibilities (text) • Lead the team through planning, coaching and coordinating food operational activities to deliver to the common objectives and goals and identify and optimise food operational needs and requirements.
  • Ensure the operations of all food areas are in accordance with quality and food safety requirements and other relevant local legislation, are well maintained and that daily work routines are in place and followed in all daily work.
  • Secure an irresistible food offer and customer experience by ensuring quality is always secured as well as an appealing range presentation.
  • Secure excellence in operations and high-quality standards of customer experience in all food areas and optimised levels of commerciality are achieved.
  • Ensure the implementation of correct operational processes to secure product availability, stock management, quality and minimise waste.
