- Knowledge of SAP configuration is required FICO, MM or PM.
- Able to evaluate service delivery, including the preparation of service analytics such as turnaround times, SLAâs etc.
- Comfortable communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders, including the creation of and delivery of presentations.
- Comfortable with, and capable of influencing behaviour of internal client groups, and third-party support vendors, to complete tasks such as testing execution and/or documentation.
- Skilled at maintaining IT procedures concerning the support of enterprise applications.
- Experience working with Service Management Applications, experience with creating reports in Service Now and advantage.
- Experience coordinating the delivery of technical and functional application changes.
- Follow management principles and practices, including experience managing transports between application environments.
- Experience working in a Sox-controlled environment with IT General Controls processes preferred.
- Experience preparing Requests For Proposals/Requests For Information.
- Experience working in a G-Suite environment is an asset.
