- Conduct research and validate key product features across all Banking Products (Credit Cards, Chequing, Investing, and Loans) – including, but not limited to, credit card insurance coverage (per card), rewards point valuations, and credit card reviews – requiring strong knowledge of credit card products and a keen eye for detail
- Tracking content metrics to see what performs best and what users are engaging with the most
- Content Creation and Strategy
- Own the creation of content for Everyday Banking (Credit Cards, Banking, and Investing products) that is truly helpful to our customers
- Create and track performance of sponsored content to align with partnership requirements and drive measurable outcomes as per the clients goals
- Work with the Head of Content, Senior Director of Everyday Banking and Growth Marketing Manager to help develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that spans multiple channels (blogs, social media, emails, etc.)
- Create and manage a digital content calendar, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality content.
- Measure content SEO analytics to inform and develop strategy
- Maintain and test UX best practices to support conversion
- Implement emerging AI best practices
- Content Management System - Publishing and Editing
- Edit and publish digital content using WordPress
- Collaborate with our Editorial Team to ensure what we produce is in line with our brand standards
- Work collaboratively with our Growth Marketing Manager to optimize content for SEO and ensure our content is up-to-date
- Act as a key stakeholder in the prioritization and implementation of relevant CMS components, website functionality, and content updates to ensure a seamless user experience
- Social Media
- Create timely and engaging social media campaigns across Ratehub’s platforms (including Meta, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn) to support content, paid marketing, and PR initiatives
- Be featured in educational talking-head content including TikToks and Reels
- Conduct community engagement as necessary
- Measure and report on engagement metrics to achieve growth KPIs
- 3 - 5 years of experience in content marketing and strategy
- Deep interest and knowledge of the credit card and personal finance space, as well as banking, and investing
- WordPress knowledge and previous experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging and informative content that is not generic, but that truly helps customers
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools to optimize content for search engines. Understanding / experience of GEO best practices an asset.
- Fluency in French is an asset.
