- Develop and present personalized insurance policies that align with clients' requirements and financial considerations.
- Oversee the administration of new policies, renewals, and adjustments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, processing claims, and maintaining accurate records.
- Identify opportunities to expand the client base through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence required, Level 2 preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
