With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring a Driver Recruiter at our corporate office in Norfolk County. THE ROLEScotlynn is growing and is in need of additional support for our Driver Recruiting Team. This role will develop and implement effective recruitment and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable drivers. As someone with transportation industry experience you will use hiring websites, trade shows, social media and your extensive network to attract and retain new drivers.ABOUT YOUSuccessful Scotlynn Candidates Have:
  • Experience working in the transportation industry, preferably in recruitment
  • Experience providing fast and effective support related to trucking and dispatch inquiries
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Self-driven
  • Written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages are considered an asset, but not required
HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Solid knowledge of computers, social media
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel is a must
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
YOUR COMMITMENT
  • This is a full-time, permanent role
  • Work from 8 am - 5 pm Monday-Friday, with occasional need for afterhours and weekends to support hiring events
