- Identify target organizations and geographical areas for outreach.
- Research and understand organizational needs to tailor proposals aligned with their objectives and develop a strategic touchpoint plan.
- Execute a multi-touch outreach plan (email, calls, LinkedIn, events) to generate and progress opportunities.
- Lead discovery and needs assessment with prospects; position program value and develop solution recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals; address objections and tailor offers within approved guidelines.
- Maintain and manage a forecast and sales plan; provide accurate pipeline updates and risk/mitigation actions.
- With the Product Manager, build and manage the full sales process, including SLAs, outreach, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Conduct cold calls to generate qualified group account leads.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and membership Loyalty team to source and onboard partner opportunities for the group membership program.
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform and refine group growth strategies.
- Partner with the membership acquisition team to shape and execute marketing strategies in support of the group membership program.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop and evolve the group program growth strategy, grounded in data and insights.
- Compile and provide monthly performance summaries and insights to the Product Manager (progress vs. targets, risks, and next steps).
- Track activity against SLAs and internal handoffs; flag exceptions and recommend corrective actions.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests by pulling data, validating accuracy, and documenting assumptions.
- College diploma or University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences.
