The research assistants will work on research and applied projects addressing the linkages between human rights, health, and the environment (for an overview of research themes and recent publications, see and ), with one research assistant specifically assigned to join an empirical project focused on the lived experience of climate change for people with disabilities in Montreal.QualificationsMust be a current law student at McGill University. Excellent legal analysis and writing skills in English or French, excellent oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, excellent sense of initiative, excels at working with others, and attention to detail. Training in and experience with qualitative research methods (specifically conducting interviews) is a requirement for one of these positions.Assets: Knowledge and prior experience with the fields of disability, health, climate adaptation, or environmental justice are an asset.
