This commitment dates from the earliest years of our company and is a vital part both of our heritage and of who we are today.About the Role:The Associate Manager, Consumer Connections plays a critical role in Hershey's ambitious brand building agenda, uniting media, creativity and capabilities to turn marketing investment into brand growth. This role will lead a number of key enablers such as corporate and team budget management, marketing intelligence, owned media (website and organic social) and the marketing planning cycle.This role also supports initiatives led by the Senior Manager, including agency management, media measurement, learning and development and marketing technology.What will you do:
- Consumer Connections: Support Senior Manager in the execution of key initiatives including agency management, media measurement, learning and development and marketing technology
- Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong planning, prioritization, and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple workflows while fostering positive relationships
- Analytical thinking and insight generation, distilling information into clear, actionable recommendations
- Commercial judgment and decision-making, able to assess risks, identify opportunities, and balance competing priorities
- High ownership, reliability, and attention to detail, consistently delivering accurate, timely work across processes
- Learning agility and problem-solving mindset, quickly absorbing new tools, systems, and approaches
- Positive, proactive attitude and high energy, contributing to a productive and collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or comparable field
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, either on the client or agency side
