Apply today!Job DetailsPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop creative solutions which are in line with the best interest of the client.
Deal directly with everyone at all levels of the logistics chain: clients, drivers, customs, etc.
Work with other logistics specialists in World Courier’s vast network of offices

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer care coupled with a High School diploma
Potential for travel to a multitude of destinations worldwide.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and/or French
Creative problem solving
Flexibility to work multiple shifts
The ability to work with minimal supervision
