Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a MNF General Laborer/PIV Operator to join their team. As a MNF General Laborer/PIV Operator you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: MNF General Laborer/PIV OperatorLocation: Brockville, ONPay Range: 23.11Shift: 12 hour continentalWhat's the Job?

Perform manufacturing operations using written work instructions, SOPs, and following a prescribed system of controls and checks
Operate production machinery and equipment throughout the plant, on rotating shift structures, to meet productivity targets
Take direction from the shift supervisor and ensure safety and efficiency in daily tasks
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with standards
Assist in shipping and receiving duties, including unloading and loading shipments, if required

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent
Successful security clearance under the Canadian Controlled Goods Registration program
Experience using equipment in manufacturing, retail, automotive, or related fields
Basic understanding of work instructions in English, both written and verbal
Ability to adapt to new demands, products, and priorities within the plant
