
Global Executive Communications and Operations Manager - Vancouver, Canada (12 Month Contract)

- Build a global Centre of Excellence for global executive communications and speaking engagements which will include managing the Company's internal processes with global and regional leaders, in addition to developing tools, templates and materials.
- Support external communications teams with executive communications material development, including managing logistics for secured engagements, and helping with briefing and presentation materials as needed.
- Support with executive writing and storytelling.
- Manage styling operations for speaking and media opportunities.
- Manage operations for the Company's global speaking, media, and vendor policy.
- Work closely with the global corporate communications team to measure and report against key communications objectives and goals.
- Work with the corporate communication team's agency of record as needed.
- You have 6-8 years of dynamic experience in a strategic communications role, and working for a global organization cross-functionally.
- You're a collaborative, agile and inclusive team player who is focused on empowering others.
- You are an excellent writer and have experience with leadership storytelling.
- You have worked closely with executives and senior level leaders and have a strong understanding of media relations and speaking engagements.
- You have strong verbal and presentation skills.
- You've worked in a fast-paced environment and are able to adapt quickly.
- Agency and in-house experience preferred.
- Education: min. Bachelor's degree.
- If immigration support required: Bachelors degree in related field required and several years experience in marketing/advertising/e-business required

The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
