If you know how to rally people around common goals, this position is for you.As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.What's in it for you?
  • Hourly wage of $23.50

  • Monday to Friday : 0800hrs to 1600hrs

Responsibilities for Data Centre Security Supervisor
  • Lead a team of on-site security guards
  • Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
  • Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
  • Issue and manage access cards
  • Complete daily reports and incident reports
  • Operational Support & Oversight
  • Incident Management & Emergency Response
  • Compliance & Reporting
Qualifications for Data Centre Security Supervisor
  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  • This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • 3-5years of experience in security and team management
  • First aid Level C certification (Mandatory)
  • Hold a valid Ontario security license
