We are seeking a driven, organized, and detail-oriented Content Production & Channel Manager to take full ownership of our content production pipeline across three active YouTube channels and help scale our content-driven growth.We're not hiring a social media coordinator.We're hiring someone who can take an idea, turn it into a script, and ensure the shoot happens. We currently manage multiple client YouTube channels with more on the way.Jared Chamberlain (Founder & CEO) has been the engine behind everything content-related for over a decade. That changes now. This role takes full ownership of the production pipeline across all channels so Jared can focus on strategy, shooting, and client work.What You'll OwnYou'll manage the full production pipeline across three channels:Chamberlain Real Estate Group — 1 video per weekClient Channel A — 1 video per weekClient Channel B — 1 video per weekYour responsibility is to ensure content moves smoothly from idea to publishing, optimization, and distribution — without delays or bottlenecks.Role ResponsibilitiesResearch & Scripting
Research keywords, competing videos, and content opportunities
Draft scripts or structured outlines
Develop title options and thumbnail concepts
Adapt content for client channels
Shoot Preparation
Schedule shoots and coordinate logistics
Prepare shoot briefs and talking points
Ensure everything is ready prior to filming
Post-Production Management
Send edit briefs to video editor
Manage revisions and timelines
Identify and communicate potential delays
Publishing & Optimization
Upload and optimize videos in YouTube Studio
Add descriptions, chapters, tags, and metadata
Monitor performance and flag opportunities
Repurposing & Distribution
Trigger email automations
Coordinate social clips and repurposed content
Update thumbnails and content assets
Maintain content calendar
Systems & Operations
Maintain GoHighLevel workflows and automations
Keep Notion workspace organized and updated
Build SOPs and repeatable processes
Weekly check-ins and reporting

Required Skills
YouTube Studio — Expert
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, optimization, analytics, and performance tracking
GoHighLevel — Intermediate to Advanced
Experience with workflows, pipelines, tagging, and email automation
Notion — Intermediate
Experience managing content calendars, databases, and documentation
Canva — Proficient
Ability to create thumbnails, social graphics, and content assets
Writing — Strong
Ability to write YouTube descriptions, emails, and internal updates
Project Management — Strong
Ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines simultaneouslyAdditional SkillsThese skills are not required but would be considered an asset:

Full-Time | Monday – Friday
This is a full-time position with standard weekday working hours.
Salary Range
$58,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience and skill level
