Compensation: $150,000 â $170,000 base salary + bonus + comprehensive benefitsAbout Our Client:Our client, a large, established organization with a national footprint, is seeking a Director, Product Strategy & Innovation to lead the development and growth of its learning and development product portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping innovative learning solutions, identifying emerging market needs, and driving the commercial success of a multi-product portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in building scalable, audience-focused offerings that support individuals and organizations in adapting to rapid changes across technology and evolving industry environments.
Responsibilities:The Director, Product Strategy & Innovation will lead cross-functional initiatives and be responsible for:
- Leading the end-to-end development and launch of new learning products, including digital and blended learning offerings
- Defining and executing a product strategy and roadmap aligned with evolving market needs and skill gaps
- Managing and optimizing a diverse learning portfolio, including evaluating product performance and identifying opportunities for growth, improvement, or repositioning
- Contributing to portfolio performance, including pricing strategy, revenue growth, and overall commercial outcomes
- Using data and market insights to inform product investment decisions and go-to-market strategies
- Designing and testing commercial models, including subscriptions, bundled offerings, and new product formats
- Building and managing strategic partnerships with external organizations and subject matter experts
- Collaborating with marketing and internal stakeholders to support go-to-market strategy and positioning
- Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure offerings remain relevant and competitive
- Providing leadership across cross-functional teams to support innovation, alignment, and execution
The following are minimum requirements to be considered for this role:
- University degree in Business, Education, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, learning & development, continuing education, or related environments
- Proven experience managing a multi-product portfolio and driving product performance and growth
- Experience developing and launching scalable learning or training products
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy and go-to-market execution
- Experience working cross-functionally with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
