Salary: $160,000 annually + benefitsWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead production in a regulated aseptic environment. The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, compliance with strict quality standards, and strong leadership of a production team.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations in a sterile/aseptic manufacturing setting.
- Ensure products are delivered on time, meeting quality and regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support a production team with clear goals and accountability.
- Anticipate and resolve operational challenges to maintain efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Support the introduction of new processes and products.
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (microbiology or related field preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in aseptic or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- 5+ years of management/leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in process validation and production operations.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is an asset.
- Annual salary of $160,000
