Every person on our team supports each other and does what we can to ensure we all are successful.We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and promote our Endless Lifecycle Support product lines, focusing on various open-source libraries and frameworks, languages and Linux distributions. This role is a unique blend of product management, OSS knowledge and supply chain security thought leadership, where you will be responsible for shaping the vision and defining go-to-market strategies. You will be reporting directly to the CEO.Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision & Strategy:
  • Define and refine the vision for TuxCare’s Endless Lifecycle Support products.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to different market segments and industries.
  • Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to guide product evolution.
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to create and launch new product lines.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch support.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the open-source and security domain.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling technical products in the enterprise market.
  • Strong understanding open-source software, OSS supply chain security
  • Previous software engineering experience
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Fluent English speaker
