
Contingent Workforce Management Program Associate ( 12 month contract)

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Contingent Workforce Program team, specifically the Payments & Compliance function
- Coordinate and maintain documentation for active and archived engagements
- Monitor program inbox and triage requests by responding directly or routing to the appropriate specialist for resolution
- Serve as a point of contact for general program inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to EY's contingent workforce governance standards and compliance requirements
- Review and validate contractor and supplier invoices against engagement records
- Collaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Track invoice discrepancies and escalate issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Support financial tracking and reconciliation efforts related to contingent labor
- Direct internal clients to appropriate program resources and subject matter experts based on their needs
- Support intake of new requests by capturing initial details and assigning to program specialists
- Help maintain centralized resource materials and FAQs for internal users
- Perform accurate data entry into workforce management tools and internal systems
- Maintain engagement records, ensuring up-to-date data on contract status, worker assignments, and compliance checkpoints
- Assist with periodic data audits to ensure data integrity and process compliance
- Support preparation of standard and ad hoc reports related to contingent labor usage, spend, and performance metrics
- Assist in the analysis of program data to identify trends, discrepancies, or improvement opportunities
- Help maintain internal dashboards and program documentation
- Post-secondary education in business administration, human resources, or related field
- 1-2 years of administrative, HR, procurement, or operations experience (experience supporting a contingent workforce program is an asset)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other productivity tools; experience with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) is a plus but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
