You'll act as the behind-the-scenes expert who makes intricate insurance transactions happen - from underwriting to funding - ensuring every detail is handled with precision, professionalism, and care. You'll collaborate with advisors, lead a dedicated support team, and serve as the operational backbone that drives client success forward.What You'll Do
- Drive results: Partner with a Senior Advisor and Account Service Representatives to deliver seamless execution and proactive client service as a high-performing team.
- Own the process: Manage all aspects of insurance applications and underwriting memos with precision, accountability, and urgency.
- Financial coordination: Work with our Strategic Client Credit team to manage financial documents, banking applications, and negotiate terms that keep transactions moving forward.
- Execute transactions: Oversee loan advances, payments, and policy funding - accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance: Prepare underwriting memos, cash flow documents, and policy packages while keeping the organization audit-ready.
- Empower advisors: Provide clear guidance, reporting, and education to clients' accountants and advisors.
- Support sales impact: Collaborate with the Solutions team to build compelling client materials and strategic proposals.
- Lead the team: Oversee Account Service Representatives, ensuring quality execution and continuous development.
- Steward policies: Manage annual renewals, renegotiate banking terms, and ensure policies remain aligned with evolving client needs.
- 5-10 years of experience in public accounting, financial services, or professional advisory.
- CPA designation required; completion of the In-Depth Tax course is a strong asset.
- Strong technical proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients and their professional advisors.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
